Mexican Wedding Cake

Yield: 9" X 13" Pan

Cook Time: 30 min.

Ingredients

2 C Flour
2 C Sugar
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp vanilla
1-20 oz can crushed pineapple w/ juice
½ C chopped nuts

Frosting:
1 stick butter (melted)
1-8oz cream cheese (softened)
¾ C sugar
1 tsp vanilla
½ C chopped nuts

Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Mix all together.
  3. Bale om 9" X 13" pan 30 min.
  4. Frosting:
  5. Mix first 4 ingredients with mixer until fluffy.
  6. Add pecans.
  7. Spread on cake while warm.
