Patty lived with Emma & Harold Pettit for several months. The greatest things about pictures like this are the memories they evoke. Those Easter baskets were left for me on the hearth, as if that's where the Easter Bunny left them. At Gammy's suggestion, I put the baskets on the hearth that night. The bunny refilled the baskets each night for several nights. Each morning there would be a bit less than the morning before. She made the Easter surprises last about a week!
