Unresponsive Mortgage Co.

Problems with a mortgage service company who received a transfer of a loan. Customer wants to modify the loan and faxed the application and mailed it. They claim they do not have the information faxed and mailed and do not know what happened to it. Documents include bank statement, financial statements, Social Security, and tax statements.

  1. File a complaint with the U.S. Consumer Financial Protection Bureau at www.consumerfinance.gov . That should get the attention of the mortgage company.
