Salmon Croquettes

Ingredients
2 fillets canned salmon, flaked
1 egg, beaten
2 Tbsp green onions, diced
½ C bread crumbs
vegetable oil for frying
Instructions
- Over medium heat, heat oil in a medium skillet.
- In a medium bowl, combine salmon, egg, onions, bread crumbs.
- Form into patties and dust with additional bread crumbs.
- Fry until golden brown, about 2 minutes per side.
- Serve hot.
